7jaya Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7jaya platform and all services associated with it. By browsing this website, opening an account, playing games, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

7jaya is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting. The platform uses full SSL encryption technology to keep user data secure.

1.2 Relationship with Other Policies

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All such documents together form the complete agreement between you and 7jaya. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms will take precedence.

1.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is considered the primary document. An English translation may be provided for reference only; in the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali text will take precedence.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on the 7jaya platform. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, correct date of birth, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. If false or incorrect information is provided, 7jaya reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time, and all withdrawable balances on that account may be forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification Process

7jaya may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include:

• A scanned copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile wallet account
• Proof of bank account authenticity (where applicable)
• Any other verifiable documents

7jaya reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on the 7jaya platform is 21. If the date of birth provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all deposits and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

7jaya provides services for users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform from certain geographic locations may be legally restricted. It is the user's responsibility to confirm their own legal situation. If using this platform results in a violation of local law, the user bears full responsibility.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting your 7jaya account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Balances and bonuses stored in the account are also non-transferable.

4.1 Password & Login Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your login information completely confidential. Never share your username, password, or OTP with anyone. 7jaya will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

4.2 Responsibility for Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team. 7jaya will not be liable for losses arising from third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a failure of the platform's own security systems.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If 7jaya detects any suspicious activity — such as unusual login patterns, simultaneous access from multiple devices, or abnormal transactions — it may temporarily suspend the account and conduct a review.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7jaya supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks

Only transactions from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (same for all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 10–45 minutes

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

KYC verification for the relevant account must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. 7jaya reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if:

• Account information is incomplete or pending verification
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Suspicious transactions are detected
• A dispute is ongoing on the account

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 7jaya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

6.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

7jaya offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 and receive ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000

The bonus applies only once and must be claimed within the specified time after registration.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, using proxy servers, or any strategic betting method intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.4 Promotional Changes

7jaya reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers, terms, or promotional programmes at any time. Updates to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the platform.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 7jaya platform use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is completely unbiased and not predetermined. We continuously monitor our gaming systems to ensure fair play.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game ends abnormally due to a software or hardware error, 7jaya reserves the right to refund the bets for that round. Abnormal prizes displayed as a result of a technical error will be considered void.

7.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Separate rules may apply for specific types of sports in the sports betting section. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the special rules of the relevant section will be followed for settling bets on that match.

7.4 VIP Programme

7jaya's VIP programme has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Reaching a higher tier depends on your overall activity and engagement with the platform. 7jaya reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

8.1 Technical Abuse

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to game systems or hacking
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security systems
• Using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions

8.2 Financial Abuse

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Dishonest attempts to create chargeback fraud or payment disputes
• Using another person's bank or mobile wallet account
• Using the platform as a tool for currency conversion

8.3 Communication & Behavioural Rules

• Abusive, indecent, or threatening behaviour towards other players or support staff
• Spreading false or misleading information
• Misusing the platform's name or brand identity

9.1 Service Availability

7jaya strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. 7jaya will not be liable for indirect losses caused by service disruptions.

9.2 Responsibility for Gambling Decisions

Online betting and gaming carry financial risk. Your betting decisions are entirely your own and 7jaya bears no responsibility for their outcomes. Play responsibly and avoid betting beyond your means.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The game software used on the 7jaya platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and other providers) is operated by third parties. The terms and conditions of that software may apply. 7jaya's liability for failures of third-party services is limited.

10.1 Closure by 7jaya

7jaya may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Prolonged inactivity on the account
• Legal or regulatory reasons

10.2 Closure at User Request

10.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be marked as inactive. Advance notice will be given regarding the balance of such accounts, and the applicable policy will be followed.
